"I was able to speak to Viviane from state farm and she was able to answer me and help me so much in a matter of 2 phone calls. I was having issues contacting my initial agent so I made the request to switch agents, I found Isabel Munoz. So I called their office and Viviane was able to help me right away on making sure I got clarification on what is my auto policy, how much my monthly payment will be plus able to assist me with a refund from another claim that was not supposed to be charged when I had my initial agent. She was extremely patient and nice and great customer service. I am so happy I was able to make the switch and get all my questions answered!"
